All our furniture is handmade and takes 2 to 6 weeks to make (making time depends on the time of year and crowd), after we produce the product it takes 2 to 6 working days for delivery (depending on the country of delivery).

Wallpaper production time is 2 to 4 working days, and delivery takes 2 to 6 working days (depending on the country of delivery).


Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped, containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, duties and taxes

Retro design d.o.o. is not responsible for duties and taxes that apply to your order. All charges incurred during or after delivery are the responsibility of the buyer (duties, taxes, etc.).



Retro design d.o.o. is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the freight carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.


Return Policy

We strive to provide you with the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to return the product and issue you a full refund.

  1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.
  2. Request a return authorization number by email to with a detailed reason for the return and photos or video of the product to support your reason. After approval, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you want to return.
  3. To ensure a return, please use a tracking service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Upon receipt of your package, your products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A return confirmation will be sent to the email address you used during the original purchase.
