Postage for European Union countries is free.

DELIVERY TIME

All our furniture is handmade and requires 2 to 6 weeks for production (production time depends on the season and workload), after which delivery takes 2 to 6 working days (depending on the delivery country).

Wallpaper production time is 2 to 4 working days, and delivery takes 2 to 6 working days (depending on the delivery country).

 

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation as soon as your order is dispatched, containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Retro design d.o.o. is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after delivery are the buyer’s responsibility (customs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Retro design d.o.o. is not responsible for products damaged or lost during delivery. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the freight carrier to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.

 

Return Policy

We strive to provide you with the best in quality and value; if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept the return of the product and issue a full refund of the purchase price.

  1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the buyer will not be accepted for return.
  2. Request a return authorization number by email at Info@retrodesign.hr with a detailed reason for the return and photos or video of the product supporting your reason. After approval, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.
  3. To ensure the return, use a tracked postal service; we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Upon receipt of your package, your products will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A return confirmation will be sent to the email address you used for the original purchase.
