We strive to provide you with the best quality and value, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept product returns and issue you a full refund for your purchase.
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Request your Return Authorization Number via email email@example.com with a detailed reason for the return and pictures or video of the product to support your reason. Once approved, you will receive an RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.
To ensure your return, please use a tracked postal service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon receipt of your package, your products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A return confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the address you used during the original purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - this means the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been placed back on the card. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
How long does delivery take?
It takes us 2 to 6 weeks to make furniture (depending on the time of year and crowds), and it takes 2 to 6 days to deliver after your order is ready (depending on the country), to make wallpaper it takes 3 to 4 days + 2 up to 6 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing delivery details on their orders or missed package deliveries).
Can you give me the tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as tracking information becomes available.
I entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, please email us ASAP, MAYBE we can fix it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you place your order and shipped the same day or a few days later. If your order has already entered the delivery process, we will not be able to stop it.
We should not be responsible if you have entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system processes orders automatically and just follows what you specify.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If the order is canceled before the products have left the Seller's warehouse, the Buyer has the right to request a refund of the total amount paid for the products and other selected services.
After canceling the order, the Customer will receive Order cancellation confirmation by e-mail.
The customer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example that we cannot respect if we want to continue to offer great value in Retro design. The customer should be sure that they want to buy the items before placing the order, not after. Once an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
