+ How long does it take to make furniture?
It takes 1-3 weeks to make the furniture, and 3-8 working days for delivery
+ Within what period do you deliver the products
We hand over the products to the delivery service within 1-3 weeks from the day of product completion and payment of the price. Delivery time to the Buyer depends on the location of the Buyer and the delivery service.
+ Can I pick up ordered and paid products in person

+ Do you deliver outside of Croatia?
We deliver throughout the European Union, Great Britain and Switzerland, the delivery service is free.
+ Where is the product delivered?
The product is delivered to the front door of the facility at the address you specified for delivery. If the product cannot be brought to the front door, the product will be delivered as close as possible to the front door. Delivery of the product to the premises is paid extra, so please indicate this when ordering, so that we can inform you about the price of such delivery.
+ Is the product delivered assembled?
Our products need to be assembled after collection or delivery. The products come with assembly instructions, assembly is very simple and intuitive.
+ Is Retro design furniture made in Croatia?
Yes, all the furniture from our shop is made in Croatia, we are proud of Croatian production.
+ How much is the warranty on your products
The warranty on the product is 24 months from the date of purchase. We will eliminate all product defects within the warranty period (as soon as possible, and no later than 45 days from the receipt of the product for repair; does not apply to sales products). The warranty does not apply to products that are improperly used, altered or cleaned by the wrong methods and the wrong cleaning products. The warranty does not cover scratches, damage caused by blows, accidents and similar causes. Also, the warranty does not apply if the items have been used outdoors, in a humid environment or if they have not been used in the household. To use the warranty, be sure to keep the warranty statement and purchase invoice as you need them to exercise your warranty rights.
+ How to report a complaint?
The buyer can report the complaint by e-mail to the e-mail: info@retrodesign.hr
