+ How long does it take to make the furniture?
All our furniture is handmade and takes 2 to 6 weeks to make (making time depends on the time of year and crowd), after we produce the product it takes 2 to 6 working days for delivery (depending on the country of delivery).
Wallpaper production time is 2 to 4 working days, and delivery takes 2 to 6 working days (depending on the country of delivery).
+ In what time do you deliver the products
We deliver the products to the delivery service within 2 to 6 working days from the day of completion of the product and payment of the price. The deadline for delivery to the Customer depends on the location of the Customer and the delivery service.
+ Can I personally pick up the ordered and paid for products?
+ Do you deliver outside of Croatia?
We deliver throughout the European Union, Great Britain, United States of America, Canada, Australia. The delivery price list with deadlines is available here
+ Where is the product delivered?
The product is delivered to the front door of the facility at the address you indicated for delivery. If it is not possible to bring the product to the front door, the product will be delivered as close as possible to the front door.
+ Is the product delivered assembled?
Our products must be assembled after collection or delivery. The products come with assembly instructions, which are very simple and intuitive.
+ Is Retro design furniture made in Croatia?
Yes, all furniture from our offer is produced in Croatia, we are proud of Croatian production.
+ How much is the warranty on your products
The warranty on the product is 24 months from the date of purchase. We will remove all product defects within the warranty period (as soon as possible, but no later than 45 days after taking over the product for repair; does not apply to sale products). The warranty does not apply to products that are improperly used, altered or cleaned using the wrong methods and the wrong cleaning products. The warranty does not cover scratches, damage caused by impacts, accidents and similar causes. Also, the warranty is not valid if the items have been used outdoors, in a humid environment or if they have not been used in the household. To use the warranty, be sure to keep the warranty statement and the purchase receipt, as you need them to be able to use the warranty rights.
