PROCESSING TIME

The product production deadline is 1 to 3 weeks from the day of the confirmed product order. The total amount must be paid in advance if you choose direct payment via internet banking, general payment slip at the post office bank or FINI, in case of payment by cash on delivery the amount for the product does not need to be paid in advance and the total amount is paid in cash.

Through the delivery service
In case you choose to deliver the product through the delivery service, the delivery of the purchased product is made to the delivery address you specified when creating the order. The delivery service will contact you via SMS with the scheduled delivery times, and the delivery time can be changed.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME THROUGH DELIVERY SERVICE?
We deliver the goods within 1-3 weeks as needed to produce the goods, the delivery itself takes 3 to 8 working days, provided that the payment is visible on our invoice and provided that the product is ready, of which you will be notified. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and non-working days are not included in the delivery time.

 

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF DELIVERY?
Delivery to Croatia and the European Union is free. The product is delivered to the front door of the building at the address you specified for delivery. If the product cannot be brought to the front door, the product will be delivered as close as possible to the front door. Delivery of the product to the premises is paid extra, so please indicate this separately when ordering, so that we can inform you about the price of such delivery.

 

PRODUCT CONDITION ON DELIVERY
Our products need to be assembled after collection or delivery. The products come with assembly instructions, and the same is very simple and intuitive.
