Consumers in Croatia, European Union Member States, European Economic Area countries outside the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from the contract for standard products purchased through our webshop, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product. If products or parts from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last product, part or consignment.
For customers in the United States, the option to return standard wallpaper and A3 samples is a voluntary contractual right provided by RETRO DESIGN. The applicable time limits and conditions are set out on the Returns and refunds page.
Start a withdrawal or return
Click the button below and enter the e-mail address used for your order. Shopify will send a one-time six-digit code to that address, allowing you to access your order.
You do not need to set a password or create a conventional customer account in advance. After signing in, select the relevant order and start the withdrawal, cancellation or return of an eligible product. You will receive an electronic confirmation after submitting your notice.
Notice by e-mail
If you do not wish to use Shopify’s electronic procedure, you may send your notice of withdrawal or request for a voluntary return to info@retrodesign.hr.
It is sufficient to include:
- the customer’s full name
- the order number
- the product or products to which the notice relates
- the e-mail address used for the order
- a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract or requesting a return
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you do not need to give a reason, send photographs or videos, or obtain prior approval or a return authorisation number.

After sending your notice or request
Once we receive your notice, we will send you confirmation and return instructions. For returns from Croatia, the European Union, European Economic Area countries outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, RETRO DESIGN arranges collection through DPD. The customer must cooperate without delay in arranging the collection date and prepare the product for safe collection.
Do not send the product independently or send it to our registered office before receiving our instructions, return label and, where required, the physical return address.
For a voluntary return from the United States, the customer arranges and pays for tracked return shipping to Croatia. The product must be sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the return request is submitted, in accordance with the instructions we provide.
