2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

7. Cookie duration
Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed or the session ends. Persistent cookies remain on the device until the specified period expires or until the user deletes them earlier. The duration of individual Shopify cookies is stated in the table above.
8. Managing cookies
On the first visit, where required by the rules applicable to the user's region, a banner is displayed through which all non-essential cookies can be accepted or rejected, or detailed settings can be opened.
